Rules:
  1. Each user can enter only once.
  2. Entrants can live anywhere in the world. Standard shipping will be used. Shipping is capped at $30 US dollars.
  3. The product will be shipped right to the winner. Unexpected inventory issues cannot be controlled by the sponsor.
  4. Winner has the option to receive a $200 dollar gift certificate from Amazon.
  5. Employees of Tallwish are ineligible. Employee family members may participate.
  6. Entrants attempting to signup multiple times will be disqualified. HTTP header information will be captured to ensure there are not multiple signups from the same person.
  7. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  8. To enter, entrants click on the contest link at the top of every page. If entrants do not have an account with Tallwish they will be prompted to create one before they can register to enter the giveaway. Signup information collected is only used internally at Tallwish (i.e. no spam).
  9. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if it becomes technically or otherwise corrupted.
  10. There will be one winner chosen at random from among all valid entries received by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on December 20, 2009 (end of the day on Sunday). The drawing will be on Monday, December 21, 2009.
  11. Winner will receive an iPod Touch. Estimated retail value $200.00 US dollars.
  12. The winner will be notified by email on the day they are drawn. If the winners cannot be reached within a 2 week period after that winner was drawn, that prize will not be awarded.
  13. The prize will be mailed to the winner's address that is obtained by email correspondence.
  14. Prizes cannot be substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
  15. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received.
  16. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
